Two-Bedroom Sea View Villa for Rent in Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi

About this property

This villa to rent is located in Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi, looking out over the water. It comprises about 110 m² of living space, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is offered furnished. Outside, the property offers swimming pool.

Among the practical comforts are fireplace, air conditioning and central heating. Practical extras include parking. The sea view is a defining feature — morning coffee and evening sunsets come with a horizon of blue. Mornings here start slowly — a bakery run, a coffee at the local square — while evenings belong to long dinners outdoors for most of the year.

Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning. A word about the location: Lasithi, the easternmost prefecture of Crete, is known for Agios Nikolaos, the cosmopolitan bay of Elounda and the palm beach of Vai. It is the quietest corner of the island, favoured by buyers looking for authenticity, sunshine and sheltered sandy coves. The rental terms are straightforward, and our team can assist with the contract, utilities transfer and everything needed for a smooth move-in.

Our advisors can guide you through every step of the rental, from the first viewing to the final signature.
