1. Roles
For listing content and the enquiries you receive, the agency is the controller and Experts Realtors acts as processor, handling the data only to operate the portal. For site analytics and our own records we act as an independent controller (see the Privacy policy).
2. What we process on your behalf
- Listing data you upload: property details, photographs, floor plans, documents.
- Leads: name, email, phone and message of prospects who enquire about your listings.
- Account data of your backoffice users.
3. Our commitments
- We process leads only to deliver them to you and display them in your backoffice — we never contact your leads or pass them to another agency.
- Backoffice access is scoped: each agency sees only its own listings, leads and statistics.
- We apply TLS everywhere, hashed credentials (scrypt), role-based access and regular backups.
- On termination of the partnership we delete or return your leads and non-public listing data within 30 days, except where law requires retention.
- We will notify you without undue delay of any personal-data breach affecting your data.

We will give agencies prior notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor that handles personal data.
5. International transfers
Personal data is stored and processed within the EU/EEA. Where a CDN edge outside the EEA serves static images, no personal data is involved.
