Experts Realtors ("we", "us") operates expertsrealtors.com, a property portal presenting residential and commercial real estate for sale and rent in Greece and selected international destinations. Listings are published by partner real-estate agencies, who remain responsible for their accuracy.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site, search listings, save favourites and contact agencies free of charge, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or systematically extract listings, images or data without our written consent;
- use the site to send unsolicited marketing or fraudulent enquiries;
- interfere with the operation or security of the site;
- republish content from the site without attribution and permission.
3. Listings and accuracy
Property information (prices, sizes, availability, photographs) is supplied by the listing agency. While we apply quality checks, we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate or current. A listing is an invitation to enquire — it is not an offer capable of acceptance, and no contractual relationship regarding a property arises through this site.
Always verify details, legal status and documentation with the agency and your own lawyer, civil engineer or notary before any transaction.
4. Agency accounts
Partner agencies receive backoffice credentials to manage their listings. Agencies are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for the content they publish, and for having the owner's mandate to market each property. We may suspend accounts that publish misleading content or breach these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, branding, text we author, and the software behind the portal are our property. Listing photographs and descriptions belong to the listing agency or their licensors. You may not reproduce any of the above beyond what normal browsing requires.
6. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken in reliance on listing content, for temporary unavailability of the site, or for the conduct of agencies or users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Chania, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction.
