1. Data controller
Experts Realtors is the controller for personal data processed through expertsrealtors.com. Contact: info@expertsrealtors.com.
2. What we collect
- Enquiries: name, email, phone and your message when you contact an agency about a property or request a valuation.
- Agency signups: agency name, contact person, email, phone, website and coverage areas.
- Usage data: pages viewed, searches performed, approximate traffic source and device type — collected in aggregate to improve the service.
- Local preferences: saved homes, comparisons and Match preferences are stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers, unless you submit a form.

4. Who receives your data
Enquiries are forwarded to the agency that lists the property you asked about. We use hosting and infrastructure providers within the EU/EEA; see Data processing for the current list. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, agency account data for the duration of the partnership plus statutory retention periods, and aggregate usage statistics indefinitely (they contain no personal identifiers).
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@expertsrealtors.com; we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS, access to the backoffice is credential-protected with hashed passwords, and production data is backed up regularly. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we follow industry practice to protect your data.
