The climate does a lot of the work: with mild winters and long, dry summers, outdoor space is genuinely usable from spring well into autumn. For families, the area offers schools, playgrounds and a safe, community-minded environment where neighbours still know each other.

Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning.
