1. What we store
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| ga_sess | Cookie (backoffice only) | Keeps agency/admin users signed in to the backoffice. Not set for visitors. | Session / 30 days |
| ga_favs | localStorage | Your saved homes (♥). | Until you clear it |
| ga_cmp | localStorage | Properties selected for comparison. | Until you clear it |
| ga_match | localStorage | Your Match preferences (liked/skipped features, price range) — stored anonymously in your own browser. | Until you clear it |
| ga_searches | localStorage | Your saved searches. | Until you clear it |
localStorage data never leaves your device unless you explicitly submit a form. We can neither read it across sites nor connect it to your identity.
2. Third-party requests
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, map tiles from OpenStreetMap and scripts from CDN providers (Tailwind, Leaflet via unpkg). These providers may see your IP address as part of serving the files, but we set no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
3. How to control cookies
- Clear saved homes, comparisons and Match data: use your browser's "Clear site data" for expertsrealtors.com.
- Block cookies entirely: possible in every browser's settings — the public site keeps working; only the backoffice login requires the session cookie.
4. Changes
If we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies that require consent, we will add a consent banner and update this page first.
