Sea View Villa with Two Bedrooms for Rent in Triopetra, Agios Vassilios

About this property

Set in Triopetra, in the wider area of Rethymnon, this villa is offered to rent, just 3 metres from the sea. It comprises two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is offered furnished. Outdoor living is covered by swimming pool.

The specification includes fireplace and air conditioning. The sea view is a defining feature — morning coffee and evening sunsets come with a horizon of blue. The water's edge is literally steps away. Mornings here start slowly — a bakery run, a coffee at the local square — while evenings belong to long dinners outdoors for most of the year.

The climate does a lot of the work: with mild winters and long, dry summers, outdoor space is genuinely usable from spring well into autumn. For families, the area offers schools, playgrounds and a safe, community-minded environment where neighbours still know each other. Its central position makes the whole of Crete accessible for day trips, while both island airports are about an hour away. The prefecture reaches from the north-coast resorts to the quiet mountain villages of Amari and the south-coast beaches around Plakias and Agia Galini.

Rethymnon sits between Chania and Heraklion, pairing a well-preserved old town and Venetian fortress with a long sandy beach that starts right at the city centre. Well-presented rentals in this area are taken quickly, so an early viewing is recommended. The rental terms are straightforward, and our team can assist with the contract, utilities transfer and everything needed for a smooth move-in. Every listing we publish has been reviewed by our team, and we are happy to share the full documentation with seriously interested parties.

If this property is not quite the right fit, our portfolio includes comparable options in the surrounding area that we can present at the same viewing trip. Contact our team for the full dossier, additional photography and to arrange a viewing — in person or by video call.
