Four-Bedroom Sea View Villa for Rent in Kerames, Agios Vassilios

About this property

Experts Realtors presents this residence to rent in Kerames, in the wider area of Rethymnon, just 4 metres from the sea. Inside you will find four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home is arranged over 2 levels. The property stands on a plot of about 5,000 m².

It is offered furnished. Outdoor living is covered by garden and swimming pool. Comfort features include fireplace and air conditioning. Everyday practicality is supported by parking.

Wide sea views accompany daily life here, one of the qualities buyers ask for first and find most rarely. The water's edge is literally steps away. The climate does a lot of the work: with mild winters and long, dry summers, outdoor space is genuinely usable from spring well into autumn. Mornings here start slowly — a bakery run, a coffee at the local square — while evenings belong to long dinners outdoors for most of the year.

Weekly street markets, family-run tavernas and small producers keep daily shopping personal and remarkably good value. Its central position makes the whole of Crete accessible for day trips, while both island airports are about an hour away. The prefecture reaches from the north-coast resorts to the quiet mountain villages of Amari and the south-coast beaches around Plakias and Agia Galini. Rethymnon sits between Chania and Heraklion, pairing a well-preserved old town and Venetian fortress with a long sandy beach that starts right at the city centre.
