Sea-View 5,426 m² Land for Sale in Episkopi, Rethymnon

About this property

Set in Episkopi, in the wider area of Rethymnon, this plot is offered for sale, with open views to the sea. The plot extends to approximately 5,426 m². Wide sea views accompany daily life here, one of the qualities buyers ask for first and find most rarely. Walkers, swimmers and cyclists will find their routine easily here; the landscape invites you outside all year round.

Mornings here start slowly — a bakery run, a coffee at the local square — while evenings belong to long dinners outdoors for most of the year. For families, the area offers schools, playgrounds and a safe, community-minded environment where neighbours still know each other. The prefecture reaches from the north-coast resorts to the quiet mountain villages of Amari and the south-coast beaches around Plakias and Agia Galini. Its central position makes the whole of Crete accessible for day trips, while both island airports are about an hour away.

Rethymnon sits between Chania and Heraklion, pairing a well-preserved old town and Venetian fortress with a long sandy beach that starts right at the city centre. Comparable homes in the area have been absorbed quickly in recent seasons, a sign of the depth of demand at this price point. Running costs remain reasonable for the category, and professional management is available locally for owners who spend part of the year abroad. Every listing we publish has been reviewed by our team, and we are happy to share the full documentation with seriously interested parties.

If this property is not quite the right fit, our portfolio includes comparable options in the surrounding area that we can present at the same viewing trip. Contact our team for the full dossier, additional photography and to arrange a viewing — in person or by video call.
