Sea-View 21,000 m² Plot of Land for Sale in Gerani Rethymno, Rethymnon

About this property

This piece of land for sale is located in Gerani Rethymno, Rethymnon, enjoying uninterrupted sea views. It offers a total surface of about 21,000 m². Wide sea views accompany daily life here, one of the qualities buyers ask for first and find most rarely. Walkers, swimmers and cyclists will find their routine easily here; the landscape invites you outside all year round.

Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning. Mornings here start slowly — a bakery run, a coffee at the local square — while evenings belong to long dinners outdoors for most of the year. The prefecture reaches from the north-coast resorts to the quiet mountain villages of Amari and the south-coast beaches around Plakias and Agia Galini. Rethymnon sits between Chania and Heraklion, pairing a well-preserved old town and Venetian fortress with a long sandy beach that starts right at the city centre.

Its central position makes the whole of Crete accessible for day trips, while both island airports are about an hour away. From an investment standpoint, properties of this profile have shown consistent demand from both end users and holiday-rental operators. Comparable homes in the area have been absorbed quickly in recent seasons, a sign of the depth of demand at this price point. Experts Realtors accompanies international buyers through every stage — legal checks, tax numbers, notary appointments and banking — in cooperation with trusted local professionals.
