Sea-View 200 m² Villa with Five Bedrooms for Rent in Elounda, Agios Nikolaos

About this property

A house now available to rent in Elounda, in the wider area of Lasithi, with open views to the sea. The layout provides about 200 m² of living space, five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Outside, the property offers balcony, swimming pool and terrace. The specification includes air conditioning.

The sea view is a defining feature — morning coffee and evening sunsets come with a horizon of blue. Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning. The climate does a lot of the work: with mild winters and long, dry summers, outdoor space is genuinely usable from spring well into autumn. Mornings here start slowly — a bakery run, a coffee at the local square — while evenings belong to long dinners outdoors for most of the year.

Lasithi, the easternmost prefecture of Crete, is known for Agios Nikolaos, the cosmopolitan bay of Elounda and the palm beach of Vai. It is the quietest corner of the island, favoured by buyers looking for authenticity, sunshine and sheltered sandy coves. The rental terms are straightforward, and our team can assist with the contract, utilities transfer and everything needed for a smooth move-in. Well-presented rentals in this area are taken quickly, so an early viewing is recommended.
