216 m² Four-Bedroom Villa for Sale in Makris Gialos, Lasithi

About this property

Set in Makris Gialos, in the wider area of Lasithi, this house is offered for sale. It comprises about 216 m² of living space, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Open-air spaces include garden and swimming pool. Practical extras include parking.

Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning. The climate does a lot of the work: with mild winters and long, dry summers, outdoor space is genuinely usable from spring well into autumn. Walkers, swimmers and cyclists will find their routine easily here; the landscape invites you outside all year round. It is the quietest corner of the island, favoured by buyers looking for authenticity, sunshine and sheltered sandy coves.

Lasithi, the easternmost prefecture of Crete, is known for Agios Nikolaos, the cosmopolitan bay of Elounda and the palm beach of Vai. The combination of location and specification positions the property well for capital preservation, with rental income as a realistic option when not in personal use. Running costs remain reasonable for the category, and professional management is available locally for owners who spend part of the year abroad. If this property is not quite the right fit, our portfolio includes comparable options in the surrounding area that we can present at the same viewing trip.
