Three-Bedroom Villa for Sale in Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi

About this property

A home now available for sale in Agios Nikolaos, in the wider area of Lasithi. The layout provides about 130 m² of living space, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home is arranged over 2 levels. The property stands on a plot of about 300 m².

Open-air spaces include balcony and swimming pool. Weekly street markets, family-run tavernas and small producers keep daily shopping personal and remarkably good value. Mornings here start slowly — a bakery run, a coffee at the local square — while evenings belong to long dinners outdoors for most of the year. Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning.

It is the quietest corner of the island, favoured by buyers looking for authenticity, sunshine and sheltered sandy coves. Lasithi, the easternmost prefecture of Crete, is known for Agios Nikolaos, the cosmopolitan bay of Elounda and the palm beach of Vai. The combination of location and specification positions the property well for capital preservation, with rental income as a realistic option when not in personal use. Comparable homes in the area have been absorbed quickly in recent seasons, a sign of the depth of demand at this price point.
