Six-Bedroom Villa for Rent in Falasarna, Kissamos

About this property

A villa now available to rent in Falasarna, in the wider area of Chania. The layout provides about 250 m² of living space, six bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property stands on a plot of about 3,074 m². Outdoor living is covered by swimming pool.

For families, the area offers schools, playgrounds and a safe, community-minded environment where neighbours still know each other. Mornings here start slowly — a bakery run, a coffee at the local square — while evenings belong to long dinners outdoors for most of the year. The climate does a lot of the work: with mild winters and long, dry summers, outdoor space is genuinely usable from spring well into autumn. About the area: The area enjoys a long season from April to November, an international airport with direct flights across Europe, and a well-established market for holiday rentals.

Chania is widely considered the most beautiful prefecture of Crete, famous for its Venetian harbour town, exotic beaches such as Balos, Elafonissi and Falassarna, and the dramatic White Mountains. The old town of Chania, with its lighthouse and harbour front, is one of the most photographed spots in the Mediterranean. Life in the Chania countryside moves at the unhurried pace of olive groves and village kafeneia, yet the city's restaurants, schools and hospital are within easy reach. The south coast of the prefecture hides some of the most unspoilt beaches in Greece, reachable through gorges and coastal paths.
