Sea-View Plot for Sale in Mochlos, Sitia

About this property

Experts Realtors presents this parcel of land for sale in Mochlos, in the wider area of Lasithi, with open views to the sea. Open-air spaces include veranda. The position captures the sea views that make this coastline so sought after. Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning.

For families, the area offers schools, playgrounds and a safe, community-minded environment where neighbours still know each other. Mornings here start slowly — a bakery run, a coffee at the local square — while evenings belong to long dinners outdoors for most of the year. A word about the location: Lasithi, the easternmost prefecture of Crete, is known for Agios Nikolaos, the cosmopolitan bay of Elounda and the palm beach of Vai. It is the quietest corner of the island, favoured by buyers looking for authenticity, sunshine and sheltered sandy coves.

Running costs remain reasonable for the category, and professional management is available locally for owners who spend part of the year abroad. From an investment standpoint, properties of this profile have shown consistent demand from both end users and holiday-rental operators. Every listing we publish has been reviewed by our team, and we are happy to share the full documentation with seriously interested parties. Experts Realtors accompanies international buyers through every stage — legal checks, tax numbers, notary appointments and banking — in cooperation with trusted local professionals.
