Sea View Eight-Bedroom Apartment for Sale in Milatos, Agios Nikolaos

About this property

This apartment for sale is located in Milatos, in the wider area of Lasithi, with open views to the sea. The accommodation offers about 285 m² of living space, eight bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property stands on a plot of about 2,358 m². Outdoor living is covered by swimming pool.

The specification includes air conditioning. Practical extras include storage room. The sea view is a defining feature — morning coffee and evening sunsets come with a horizon of blue. Walkers, swimmers and cyclists will find their routine easily here; the landscape invites you outside all year round.

The climate does a lot of the work: with mild winters and long, dry summers, outdoor space is genuinely usable from spring well into autumn. Weekly street markets, family-run tavernas and small producers keep daily shopping personal and remarkably good value. It is the quietest corner of the island, favoured by buyers looking for authenticity, sunshine and sheltered sandy coves. Lasithi, the easternmost prefecture of Crete, is known for Agios Nikolaos, the cosmopolitan bay of Elounda and the palm beach of Vai.
