About this property

This land plot for sale is located in Makris Gialos, in the wider area of Lasithi, looking out over the water. The plot extends to approximately 97,000 m². The position captures the sea views that make this coastline so sought after. Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning.

For families, the area offers schools, playgrounds and a safe, community-minded environment where neighbours still know each other. It is the quietest corner of the island, favoured by buyers looking for authenticity, sunshine and sheltered sandy coves. Lasithi, the easternmost prefecture of Crete, is known for Agios Nikolaos, the cosmopolitan bay of Elounda and the palm beach of Vai. From an investment standpoint, properties of this profile have shown consistent demand from both end users and holiday-rental operators.
