Sea-View 7,066 m² Plot of Land for Sale in Kokkino Chorio, Apokoronas

About this property

This piece of land for sale is located in Kokkino Chorio, in the wider area of Chania, enjoying uninterrupted sea views. With roughly 7,066 m² of land, the site gives real flexibility for its future use. The parcel enjoys a road frontage of about 50 meters. Wide sea views accompany daily life here, one of the qualities buyers ask for first and find most rarely.

Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning. For families, the area offers schools, playgrounds and a safe, community-minded environment where neighbours still know each other. The climate does a lot of the work: with mild winters and long, dry summers, outdoor space is genuinely usable from spring well into autumn. Chania is widely considered the most beautiful prefecture of Crete, famous for its Venetian harbour town, exotic beaches such as Balos, Elafonissi and Falassarna, and the dramatic White Mountains.

The south coast of the prefecture hides some of the most unspoilt beaches in Greece, reachable through gorges and coastal paths. Life in the Chania countryside moves at the unhurried pace of olive groves and village kafeneia, yet the city's restaurants, schools and hospital are within easy reach. The area enjoys a long season from April to November, an international airport with direct flights across Europe, and a well-established market for holiday rentals. The old town of Chania, with its lighthouse and harbour front, is one of the most photographed spots in the Mediterranean.

Comparable homes in the area have been absorbed quickly in recent seasons, a sign of the depth of demand at this price point. From an investment standpoint, properties of this profile have shown consistent demand from both end users and holiday-rental operators.
