Sea-View 4,053 m² Plot of Land for Sale in Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi

About this property

A plot now available for sale in Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi, looking out over the water. It offers a total surface of about 4,053 m². Wide sea views accompany daily life here, one of the qualities buyers ask for first and find most rarely. Mornings here start slowly — a bakery run, a coffee at the local square — while evenings belong to long dinners outdoors for most of the year.

Weekly street markets, family-run tavernas and small producers keep daily shopping personal and remarkably good value. Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning. It is the quietest corner of the island, favoured by buyers looking for authenticity, sunshine and sheltered sandy coves. Lasithi, the easternmost prefecture of Crete, is known for Agios Nikolaos, the cosmopolitan bay of Elounda and the palm beach of Vai.

Comparable homes in the area have been absorbed quickly in recent seasons, a sign of the depth of demand at this price point.
