Sea-View 1,157 m² Plot of Land for Sale in Milatos, Agios Nikolaos

About this property

A plot now available for sale in Milatos, Lasithi, with open views to the sea. It offers a total surface of about 1,157 m². The position captures the sea views that make this coastline so sought after. Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning.

The climate does a lot of the work: with mild winters and long, dry summers, outdoor space is genuinely usable from spring well into autumn. It is the quietest corner of the island, favoured by buyers looking for authenticity, sunshine and sheltered sandy coves. Lasithi, the easternmost prefecture of Crete, is known for Agios Nikolaos, the cosmopolitan bay of Elounda and the palm beach of Vai. Running costs remain reasonable for the category, and professional management is available locally for owners who spend part of the year abroad.
