Sea-View 1,050 m² Plot for Sale in Pachia Ammos, Agios Nikolaos

About this property

This piece of land for sale is located in Pachia Ammos, in the wider area of Lasithi, looking out over the water. With roughly 1,050 m² of land, the site gives real flexibility for its future use. The position captures the sea views that make this coastline so sought after. Mornings here start slowly — a bakery run, a coffee at the local square — while evenings belong to long dinners outdoors for most of the year.

For families, the area offers schools, playgrounds and a safe, community-minded environment where neighbours still know each other. The climate does a lot of the work: with mild winters and long, dry summers, outdoor space is genuinely usable from spring well into autumn. Lasithi, the easternmost prefecture of Crete, is known for Agios Nikolaos, the cosmopolitan bay of Elounda and the palm beach of Vai. It is the quietest corner of the island, favoured by buyers looking for authenticity, sunshine and sheltered sandy coves.

From an investment standpoint, properties of this profile have shown consistent demand from both end users and holiday-rental operators. Running costs remain reasonable for the category, and professional management is available locally for owners who spend part of the year abroad. Experts Realtors accompanies international buyers through every stage — legal checks, tax numbers, notary appointments and banking — in cooperation with trusted local professionals. If this property is not quite the right fit, our portfolio includes comparable options in the surrounding area that we can present at the same viewing trip.
