Four-Bedroom Sea-View Villa for Sale in Mochlos, Sitia

About this property

A house now available for sale in Mochlos, in the wider area of Lasithi, enjoying uninterrupted sea views. The accommodation offers about 270 m² of living space and four bedrooms. The property stands on a plot of about 1,300 m². It is offered furnished.

Outside, the property offers swimming pool. Among the practical comforts are fireplace, air conditioning and central heating. The sea view is a defining feature — morning coffee and evening sunsets come with a horizon of blue. Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning.

For families, the area offers schools, playgrounds and a safe, community-minded environment where neighbours still know each other. Mornings here start slowly — a bakery run, a coffee at the local square — while evenings belong to long dinners outdoors for most of the year. Lasithi, the easternmost prefecture of Crete, is known for Agios Nikolaos, the cosmopolitan bay of Elounda and the palm beach of Vai. It is the quietest corner of the island, favoured by buyers looking for authenticity, sunshine and sheltered sandy coves.

Running costs remain reasonable for the category, and professional management is available locally for owners who spend part of the year abroad. The combination of location and specification positions the property well for capital preservation, with rental income as a realistic option when not in personal use.
