225 m² Four-Bedroom Villa for Sale in Makris Gialos, Lasithi

About this property

This house for sale is located in Makris Gialos, in the wider area of Lasithi. The accommodation offers about 225 m² of living space, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Outside, the property offers garden and swimming pool. Everyday practicality is supported by parking.

For families, the area offers schools, playgrounds and a safe, community-minded environment where neighbours still know each other. Weekly street markets, family-run tavernas and small producers keep daily shopping personal and remarkably good value. Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning. It is the quietest corner of the island, favoured by buyers looking for authenticity, sunshine and sheltered sandy coves.

Lasithi, the easternmost prefecture of Crete, is known for Agios Nikolaos, the cosmopolitan bay of Elounda and the palm beach of Vai. Comparable homes in the area have been absorbed quickly in recent seasons, a sign of the depth of demand at this price point. The combination of location and specification positions the property well for capital preservation, with rental income as a realistic option when not in personal use.
