17,000 m² Land for Sale in Sternes, Akrotiri

About this property

This land plot for sale is located in Sternes, Chania. It offers a total surface of about 17,000 m². Views include mountain view. Walkers, swimmers and cyclists will find their routine easily here; the landscape invites you outside all year round.

For families, the area offers schools, playgrounds and a safe, community-minded environment where neighbours still know each other. A word about the location: The old town of Chania, with its lighthouse and harbour front, is one of the most photographed spots in the Mediterranean. Chania is widely considered the most beautiful prefecture of Crete, famous for its Venetian harbour town, exotic beaches such as Balos, Elafonissi and Falassarna, and the dramatic White Mountains. The area enjoys a long season from April to November, an international airport with direct flights across Europe, and a well-established market for holiday rentals.

The south coast of the prefecture hides some of the most unspoilt beaches in Greece, reachable through gorges and coastal paths. The combination of location and specification positions the property well for capital preservation, with rental income as a realistic option when not in personal use.
