About this property

Everyday practicality is supported by parking. The climate does a lot of the work: with mild winters and long, dry summers, outdoor space is genuinely usable from spring well into autumn. Walkers, swimmers and cyclists will find their routine easily here; the landscape invites you outside all year round. Remote working is well supported, with fibre connections reaching most of the area and cafés happy to host a laptop for a morning.

A word about the location: Lasithi, the easternmost prefecture of Crete, is known for Agios Nikolaos, the cosmopolitan bay of Elounda and the palm beach of Vai. It is the quietest corner of the island, favoured by buyers looking for authenticity, sunshine and sheltered sandy coves. From an investment standpoint, properties of this profile have shown consistent demand from both end users and holiday-rental operators. Running costs remain reasonable for the category, and professional management is available locally for owners who spend part of the year abroad.

Experts Realtors accompanies international buyers through every stage — legal checks, tax numbers, notary appointments and banking — in cooperation with trusted local professionals.
